The environment is a re-occurring topic in many conversations and of great concern to all these days. HPIP (Heaneys Performers In Print) wish to be a proactive participant in these issues. So we are pleased to announce that on 1.11.07 we were assessed and certified by FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) as meeting the standards Chain-of-Custody requirements. This means we are to purchase paper and board products and supply printing requirements for products derived from Well Managed Forests.

What is FSC?
Primarily it’s an information trail about the path taken by products from the forest or, in the case of recycled materials, from the reclamation site to the customer. Any change of ownership in the supply chain requires the establishment of effective Chain-of-Custody management system.
